We look forward to supporting the local community as much as possible and will be working closely with residents to minimise any disruption as construction progresses.”
HSP consulting are currently undertaking ground investigation, flood risk assessments, traffic assessments and a number of other associated surveys across the sites to confirm the requirements for the developments and managing director
Howard Pratt has stated:
“We are proud to be working on this scheme, particularly at an early stage where we can influence the design requirements by undertaking the detailed surveys required to assess the ground conditions, highway and drainage designs etc. to establish our ‘Value Engineering’ approach to the entire scheme.”
Work is due to commence on the sites in Autumn 2013 with the construction programme continuing over the next 2 – 3 years.
