Archer Building Phase 2
The
scheme is an extension to the existing building. It is a challenging
project because of the unusual shape and the changes in the levels. A
3D modelling package was used to design the scheme.
An 11 storey student accommodation development with retail at ground
floor level. The building has piled foundations with reinforced
concrete from ground to first floor level and a steel frame for the
other 10 storeys.
