Marco Island, Huntingdon St, Nottingham
Imagine a 3 storey building and you want 11 extra storeys on top. Sounds impossible. Especially when you add to that the need for open retail spaces at ground floor and new mezzanine car park within the existing building.
Archer Building Phase 2
The scheme is an extension to the existing building. It is a challenging project because of the unusual shape and the changes in the levels. A 3D modelling package was used to design the scheme.
Villiers Road - Nottingham
A four storey luxury development of 40, two bedroom apartments utilising load bearing masonry, pre cast concrete floors, traditional timber slate tiled roof.

A ten storey steel framed composite structure on a confined City Centre location including, 560 flats and retail at ground floor level.
