Parceline, Birmingham
This
major development for Parceline involved the construction of a piled
three storey distribution warehouse incorporating basement level
parking with a two storey distribution facility above the basement
servicing some 80 loading docks.
A three storey office block was also incorporated within the building
and a large gatehouse and a three storey canteen facility were
constructed on the site.
The existing distribution unit was completely refurbished and new
conveyors, dock levellers and additional offices were combined into
this section of the work.
