Parceline, Birmingham
This major development for Parceline involved the construction of a piled three storey distribution warehouse incorporating basement level parking with a two storey distribution facility above the basement servicing some 80 loading docks.
Fresenius (medical care)
The ground was treated with lime stabilisation combined with a cut and fill operation due to a very steeply sloping site. A steel frame was utilised with twin bay portals.
