Gibfield Park, Wigan
Construction of three roundabouts including a new 48m ICD roundabout to serve a proposed housing estate. Full remediation of former colliery land for 470 new residential units.
Eastwood Business Park, Nottinghamshire
Feasibility appraisal, illustrative design, detail design and supervision of 50m ICD 3-arm roundabout on the A610, a 28m ICD 4-arm internal roundabout and 0.7km of internal estate roads.
Barleythorpe, Oakham
Detail design and supervision of 28m ICD 4-arm roundabout. Supporting design information of S278 and S38 Agreements of the Highways Act.
Trentham Gardens, Stoke-on-Trent
In keeping with current government guidelines Sustainable Urban Drainage (SUDS) techniques were utilised in the form of linear soak-away trenches throughout the car park areas.
Watnall, Nottinghamshire
The site was located on a former railway cutting some 15 metres deep.
Piled foundations were adopted and the highways and drainage were reinforced/suspended utilising a geo membrane.
