HSP Consulting Conversion to an LLP
HSP has recently converted to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP). Howard Pratt commented that this is something that he and his board partners Mike Baker, Kevin Fearn and Greg Flint had been considering for some time and that the structure makes sound commercial sense from an operational aspect, but also and more importantly for developing key individuals within the business and offering them the opportunity to progress to main board level.
In addition to the 4 Senior Partners above there are 7 partners within the business, three of which have been recently been promoted. These are Linden Baker (Head of Geotechnics), Gideon Cumming (Head of Civil Engineering) and Matthew Stratford (Senior Structural Engineer).
